Count Andrássy wants to propose to his girlfriend Ida and wants to surprise her with a party for the occasion. Sissi is inaugurated. Of course she is happy to help with the preparations and already has a good idea: How about inviting the street artists from Budapest to the party? Andrássy's friend Morgasz watches as the two secretly put their heads together. He has fallen in love with Sissi and is convinced: Sissi is having an affair with Andrássy!
