Sissi and the siblings are happy that their mother Ludovika is healthy again. Now that they have their money back, they can finally leave their run-down hostel. But Arkas and his accomplices are already on their trail! Sissi leaves her mother and the girls in the care of the doctor and, together with her brothers, distracts the crooks. In an exciting escape across the rooftops, they manage to shake off their pursuers. They end up in the Moulin Rouge. Here Sissi proves once again to be the savior in need. In the once celebrated cabaret, the guests stay away and the owner fears for his livelihood. As a masked rider, Sissi inspires the audience and becomes a celebrated star.
