Episode Description:
Day Tripper: Connie the cicada has a list of things to do while she is above the ground, including visiting the Big House. Crick hurries to finish his latest invention to help take her there when he remembers cicadas can only spend one day above ground. While the invention doesn't succeed, Connie makes it to the house on her own.
In My Life: At her birthday party, Katter the caterpillar doesn't appear to be enjoying herself. Feeling sad and tired, she decides to go and rest. Katter sleeps for two days before emerging from her chrysalis as a butterfly. The Beat Bugs learn that while things may change, some things like their friendship will always remain.
