However, he ignores Cranky's advice to wait for the engineer to lower the mast, and soon pays the price when the strong wind makes Thomas go too fast and he finds himself unable to stop. Realizing his mistake, Thomas returns to the docks to collect the engineer and have the mast lowered. Afterwards, Thomas delivers the boat safely, and the ceremony is a big success.
