Meanwhile, the disturbance caused by the battle between Juzo and Seven at the End of War Commemoration Park is reported publicly as an apparent rampage of Extendeds. Cunningham panics when he realizes Pepper and Seven have gone rogue, and mobilizes his forces to eliminate them.
