Episode Description:
Silver has no trouble convincing the others that they will need him if they are to find the treasure, as he is the only one who knew Captain Flint well and could solve the riddle of the treasure map. Immediately he acts as the boss and gives the others orders to start marching. But he still has no idea how to solve the riddle, and despite combing the whole island, they find no clue to the treasure. And then Malaria breaks out in Captain Silver... but despite his gunshot wound and the malaria, his irrepressible will to find the treasure drives him on... Meanwhile, the hermit Ben Gunn has an idea how Silver can get well again could. When he had malaria himself, he ate a certain plant and got better. Jim and young Puppy, the only one of the pirates who survived besides Silver, go and get them.
