Liko angers Coral by opening the box to share with her, not realizing Coral only values the box as a collectable. Coral challenges Liko and Roy to a battle, which is joined by Sidian. The battle is interrupted when the Explorers are summoned to their island base, exposing their plan to summon Rayquaza. Liko, Roy, and Friede deduce the nearby spire to be their base and decide to investigate.
