Episode Description:
Zunesha reveals to Momonosuke and Yamato that Joy Boy has returned. On the top of the Skull Dome, Luffy finishes his transformation, having fully awakened his Devil Fruit maximum power. His hair becomes flame-like and white as does his clothes (save for his hat, sandals and sash around his waste), while his eyebrows become swirled and billowing and his irises turn pink with a scarf of clods floating above his shoulders as the ground he walks becomes like rubber as he becomes incredibly joyful. The transformation alerts the others who're overjoyed that Luffy is still alive. Meanwhile, the Five Elders at Mariejois discuss having sacrificed one of their top agents in an attempt to stop Luffy...
