In the connected hallway, Fukurokuju completely catches fire and collapses to the flames. Raizo makes his final remarks to him before he succumbs to his injuries. Jinbe appears and extinguishes the flames using Fish-Man Karate before coming to Raizo's aid. When Jinbe refuses to let him return to battle, Raizo asks him for a favor. Meanwhile, the lead CP0 agent is ambushed by Drake before he could advance to the rooftop, being impaled by Drake's sword. However, the agent retaliates, striking down Drake with a single Finger Pistol. He then proceeds to follow his order, proceeding to the rooftop. In the Flower Capital the citizens prepare to send up the lanterns...
