Apoo tries to convince Drake to team up against Kaido after the emperor defeats Luffy, stating Kaido has never been so weakened before. However, Drake rejects his offer and attacks Apoo instead. The skirmish is interrupted by Yamato who is in a hurry to go to the armory and stop Onigashima from exploding, with Fuga (who seems to be on friendly terms with Yamato) chasing after her, Apoo (who now wants Yamato to ally with him) chasing after both of them and Drake chasing after Apoo.
