Episode Description:
"Break the Internet": Rookie police officer Impact Cop is dispatched to find the root of evil in Daten City. He determines this to be the Internet, which takes the form of a Ghost that he defeats with the help of Panty and Stocking.
"The Silence of the Internets": Impact Cop's commissioner is murdered by a Ghost-like root monster who claims to be the true root of all evil. Aided by the Anarchy Sisters and the incarcerated Internet, he brutally maims and incinerates the "evil"; the Anarchy Sisters conclude the "evil" is not a Ghost, and leave pondering its true identity.
"Fa Fa F*ck": As punishment for her constant profanity, Garterbelt forces Panty to wear a Heavenly tongue ring that severs and regrows her tongue every time she swears. When her tongue is possessed by the Ghost of a rising musical star, she finds a loophole that allows her to sing profane words instead. She enjoys a successful musical career that allows the Ghost to pass on, but Garterbelt has the ring's effects reversed when her singing inspires her listeners to perform an orgy, allowing her to swear normally at the cost of her musical vulgarity.
