Episode Description:
D.W.'s Library Card: D.W. desperately wants a book at the library, and she has to learn how to write her name to get a library card. After she does get a library card, the book has already been taken out, and she struggles to wait for it to be returned.
Arthur's Big Hit: An angry and fed up Arthur punches D.W. after she breaks his model plane. His parents then prohibit him to watch TV for a whole week. Binky and the Tough Customers overhear Arthur and Buster talking it over at school the next day, leaving Binky to reveal the incident shocks him. The Tough Customers then dare him to punch Arthur the next time he sees him, or else he's eliminated from the crew. So he attempts to avoid Arthur as much as he can. When Binky encounters Arthur in front of his gang, he is forced to give in to the peer pressure and punches Arthur, making him understand how D.W. felt and realize his mistake.
