Episode Description:
Renji meets with Kirishima and reveals he knows most of what happened with Ozu and beats Kirishima for getting Yoshino involved. Kirishima claims it was a personal matter not related to yakuza business so Renji gives him a severe warning to protect Yoshino better. Tsubaki is surprised Yoshino is dating Kirishima and warns her to be careful as Kirishima is an expert with women whilst Yoshino knows nothing about men. Kirishima finds Shoma and reveals he is dating Yoshino. He also claims Shoma’s feelings towards Yoshino have been manipulated by the yakuza to serve the Somei family’s needs, the survival of Yoshino. Shoma attacks Kirishima. Yoshino finds them trying to kill each other and punishes them both. She also explains to Kirishima that she agreed to date him hoping he would stop competing with Shoma, so she is disappointed he still felt the need to start a fight. Kirishima leaves with Tsubaki who correctly deduces Kirishima fought with Shoma to disguise the injuries he got from Renji, hoping to avoid Yoshino starting an argument with Renji. Tsubaki advises him Yoshino is different from his usual women and to date her like a normal high school couple. Yoshino is unsure how to date a man like Kirishima and reasons that dating Shoma would be easier, though Shoma rejects this since it would involve having to stop smoking.
