Reiga commands Cadenza to retreat by invoking his summoner's right, enveloping Cadenza in chains, which Kuroto explains, will burn through him if he still refuses to obey Reiga's commands. Cadenza remarks slyly that since Reiga already has 2 General-Class Opasts under him, his powers are currently split, making him weaker.
