Manriki Kudou, the grandfather of Raiga and Kuga and a highly-admired mechanic, receives a phone call while working at Orange Pit. The call is from Raiga, who requests he come to Jono Zoo to help them. Manriki heads there immediately. Upon arriving at Jono Zoo, Manriki learns from Madoka that their team for the annual Whirl Tide Dance Contest is one member short. He's happy to join in, if it will help his grandsons.
