Episode Description:
It is Halloween, and Thomas is assigned to collect flour from the mill and deliver it to the bakery, but to his dismay, he has to work with Diesel. Diesel, being the bully that he is, teases Thomas in the meanest possible fashion, while Thomas tries to ignore him. At the flour mill, Thomas gets back at Diesel by covering himself in flour and pretending to be a ghost. Thomas finishes his job on his own, and the Fat Controller rewards him with a special washdown.
