Daddy Yellowhead jogs through the forest, does pull-ups and push-ups and puffs like an ancient locomotive. The goblins, who are watching the jogger in horror, are afraid that at any moment he will drop dead from the effort. They alert Mia. But when his daughter arrives, fearing the worst, yellow-haired happily explains to her that he has to get fit because he wants to turn his campsite into a fitness park. A fitness park? A vacationing family is already bursting through the campsite gates, not wanting to be in the least enthusiastic about fitness ideas. Instead, it's four self-confessed nasties who never miss an opportunity to harm the goblin forest, ruthlessly startle our friends and give Yellowhead and Mia the utmost headache. Eventually, however, Lamprey, Firehead, and Sevenpoint's patience ran out. Nobody needs vacationers like that! The goblins strike back and start to shake up the four nasties!
