Despite combining their attacks, Howzer and Guila are outmatched when Gowther arrives and traps Dreyfus in a nightmare before something metaphysically knocked him out. But battle takes its toll on Dreyfus as Gilthunder carries him to safety while Helbram attempts to finish Diane and everyone each when King intervenes. Helbram that reveals himself as a fairy and King's former best friend, focusing his attacks on Diane to make King suffer. But King uses Chastifol to shield Diane and the others from harm, explaining to be fulfilling a promise that he made seven centuries ago. Meanwhile, Elizabeth and Hawk find the former's eldest sister Margaret Liones and attempt to free her. But Vivian appears, teleporting Hawk elsewhere before she knocks Elizabeth out and unlocks Margaret's cell door while reminding her of the consequences of her escaping.
