Episode Description:
So Happy Together: Bessie Higgenbottom (Amy Poehler) is close to earning her Animal Appreciation Badge. So, she adopts a dog she names Happy, and goes to enter in a dog show, but he runs away. Bessie apologizes to Happy and he returns. Bessie wins the dog show when it is revealed that Portia's "dog" Precious is really a rat.
Sweet Sixteenth: Bessie is eager to ride a new ride called "The Punisher", but it does not work, because she is not tall enough to ride it. Every attempt she makes to get in fails. She has to go on the "stupid teacups" now, but Happy shortens the ruler, allowing Bessie to go on the ride, which is accidentally set for two times.
