Lost and Founder's Day Hazel attends the annual Founder's Day Festival, determined to use her wishes to help other people enjoy the day — and maybe win the grand prize: a big, fancy golden ten-gallon hat. However, her generous wishes catch the attention of Dale Dimmadome, Dev's father, who secretly plans to siphon the festival's wish energy from unhappy guests and sell it for profit. Meanwhile, with a conflicted Dev caught in the middle, his misery may lead to a meeting that will shake up the status quo forever.
