Episode Description:
Monster Hunt: A rumor spreads that a lake monster is terrorizing Retroville, but Jimmy thinks otherwise. So Jimmy, Carl and Sheen, along with a sailor named Cap'n Betty, travel to solve the mystery of the monster, which is actually Carl's old pet turtle, who is mutated due to runoff from Jimmy's lab, which Hugh dumps into the lake.
Jimmy for President: Jimmy runs for class president against Libby, Sheen and foreign exchange student Bolbi, and Carl ends up in a dilemma to see who to vote for (Cindy bribes him to vote for Libby, Sheen blackmails him with an embarrassing photo, Jimmy plays the best-friend card and Carl says he'll vote for Bolbi to get him to stop doing his annoying slap dance)
