Episode Description:
The landlord wants to sell the garage so he can move to the islands and find the love of his life. Tom and the gang scramble to find a reason for him to stay, otherwise the CEO will have the opportunity to replace the studio. They succeed with Ginger’s teacher, Ms. Vanthrax until it things go wrong. Ginger, however, decides to prevent the Landlord from going to the islands with his teacher, even though he gets in trouble for it.
