Episode Description:
Imperial forces led by Lieutenant Blake and the Inquisitor Marrok occupy Janix city and take over the investigation into Maul. Chief Klyce is interrogated by the Imperials before being "permanently reassigned." Captain Lawson is questioned by Marrok but claims that he first encountered Maul during an ambush at the abandoned factory. Unable to contact his father, Rylee contacts his mother Drea, who claims that the Empire is only on Janix to protect its population. While Marrok investigates the abandoned factory, Blake allows Lawson to leave. Maul and his Shadow Collective retreat to their underground hideout. Despite his second-in-command Rook Kast's concerns, Maul decides to delay their departure from Janix until he can recruit Padawan Devon. Master Daki and Devon escape Imperial stormtroopers following a brief confrontation. With the Empire establishing checkpoints at the city's exits, they decide to seek help from Lawson and Rylee.
