Episode Description:
Unemployed bassist of the Toronto band "Sex Bob-omb" Scott Pilgrim meets Ramona Flowers, a girl he has been repeatedly dreaming about, at a party. Despite dating seventeen year-old Knives Chau, he orders a DVD from Netflix when he learns Ramona works there and asks her out when she arrives. They hit it off, but are secretly monitored by Gideon Graves, the leader of the "League of Evil Exes", a group of Ramona's ex-partners. He sends lowest-ranked League member Matthew Patel to kill Scott at a Sex Bob-omb show, which he successfully does.
