At the colony Manjumai, Muro leads an attack by the Shibito, an anti-Bureau terrorist group that opposes regulations. Meanwhile, as the four travel to Manjumai venturing through a hot and humid area of the Labyrinth, they make a stop to relax and take a dip in the river. However, a sudden downpour causes everybody to drift and they get washed up on an isolated island.
