The episode begins by explaining how the Great Deity created heaven and the angels by infusing his breath with love. It opens with Judas training young angels, who are afraid to join the training hall. He tries to give them hope, by telling them that they are improving greatly. Then, after the kids left, Luca appears. Luca and Judas talked about whether or not the new ranking system is a good choice or not.Then, it cuts to a scene with the Goddess' main bodyguard speaking to Zeus, telling Zeus that the Goddess is not fully content with the new system...
