Chuckie clogs up and subsequently destroys Grandpa Lou's old vacuum cleaner, leading the baby to take on the idea that he isn't afraid of anything. Unfortunately, Stu works with Lou to fix the vacuum, and it returns to terrorize him and the other Rugrats.
Gone Teddy Gone:
Tommy's beloved teddy bear, Teddy, goes missing, and Angelica is enlisted to help snub out the suspect who stole it.
