Episode Description:
While rollerblading, Kelsey saves a dog named Dorsey from getting hit by a car. Nancy, its owner, is later seen on television by Kelsey and Dana on a short Space Shuttle mission. Meanwhile, a tornado monster is attempting to destroy the city just as the Rangers meet Diabolico. They call for the Rescue Bird and kill it, but the shuttle gets caught in the tornado. As a result, the Rangers summon the Rail Rescues and gain control of the shuttle. Kelsey gets it to land on top of Rail Rescue 4 and is successful, but Jinxer grows the monster.
