As every year, a big festival takes place in honor of the god Amon. The statue of Amon is brought from Karnak to Luxor in a sacred barge. The cunning Ahmes wants to have the sculpture stolen by a priest in order to wrest power from his brother Pharaoh Merenre. But the gods prevent the theft and take the statue. Ratofer enlists Papyrus and Teti to retrieve the sacred item from the gods. On their already dangerous journey into the kingdom of Amon and Isis, Ahme's villains are also waiting for them...
