Episode Description:
Tracy's Shooting Star: Tracy longs to see a shooting star of her own, but when she misses it, she doesn't want to stop until she sees one. All doesn't go well until she turns to Brenda, when she learns waiting is worthwhile.
Upsy Downosis: Jay Jay and his friends are preparing for a trip to the Rivertown Fair, but Herky suddenly comes down with Upsy Downosis, a cold that causes planes to fly upside down. Herky attempts to hide his illness from everyone so he won't stay home, until he learns it's best to let someone know you're not feeling well.
