In the next step to create a more sophisticated rocket, Matataki suggests that the group form an official club so that they can use the school's budget to help fund their rocket construction. The girls submit a club application, with Matataki surreptitiously designating Umika as the club president and Haruno as the vice president. Their homeroom teacher agrees to greenlight the application, but suggests that they come up with a more concrete concept of what their club does in order to improve the chances their application will be approved...
