Despite Rate's directions, the girls are unable to find the MegaByogen but discover that everyone around town is suffering from static electricity building up, and assume it must be the MegaByogen. However Hinata begins to voice her doubts again, even when her sister becomes trapped in her Juice van, but Nodoka and Chiyu manage to encourage her to do her best...
