Nino has gone to talk to Maruo about the quintuplets returning to the apartment, which Nino refuses to do. Futaro arrives on his boss's motorbike to pick her up. On the ride to the restaurant, Nino confesses her feelings. After the celebration, Nino speaks to Futaro. When she realizes that he didn't hear her confession, Nino tells him again that she loves him. Ichika accidentally overhears. Futaro wins a trip to Toraiwa Hot Springs, bringing along his father and Raiha. He quickly runs into the Nakano quintuplets, who've come with their father for a family vacation...
