When their car breaks down in the countryside, GG and Fab let slip to Fred that a surprise party is being organized for his 16th birthday. He refuses to attend until he finds out Annette is invited. But will Penelope spoil Fred's chance to finally open up to Annette? Fred's thought for the day: (Fred is happy and giddy) "So what words of wisdom can I tell you today?"
