However, she realizes Mossan has already turned hers in, and she reveals she dreams of becoming a fashion designer, having already qualified in a design contest. Meanwhile, the government denies rumors that a rocket launch base off the coast is secretly being prepared to evacuate government officials from Earth. At the soba shop, Kana, Pets, and Hijiri are still uncertain about what to do, and Hijiri points out that Mossan is the most motivated and hardest working out of all of them...
