Episode Description:
Tomoatsu Naoe, an employee at the Smiley Boar relaxation clinic, is charged with taking care of the last customer of the day, an extremely obese woman by the name of Elfuda who wants to slim down. As he gives her a massage, her cap slips off, revealing a set of long pointed ears identifying her as an elf. Elfuda has come through a portal from another world to partake in Earth's French fries, which she has come to enjoy over her own world's bland diet, but is now unfortunately stuck on Earth because she must have the same weight she had at her arrival to be able to use the portal again...
