Episode Description:
Casper the Friendly Ghost goes to a circus and saves a laughing hyena from a cruel ringmaster. Because he's invisible and eating an ice cream cone, he scares the tattooed man, the fireeater and the juggler. He finds an animal trainer threatening a hyena. The hyena is sad. Casper does all kinds of tricks to make the hyena laugh- juggling, eating fire, etc.- with no luck. Then, when the trainer returns with another threat, Casper pops the trainer with a whip. The hyena thinks that this is hilarious, and he begins laughing again.
