A festival will soon be held in town. Koyomi School's high school student council helps the neighborhood association organize the festivities. J distributes the tasks to his colleagues, but Hotaru is not present at the meeting. Ren finds the latter face to face with Miss Mikami, a music teacher. Given his behavior, the young teenager seems to have a rather intimate, even forbidden relationship between a student and his teacher...
