Episode Description:
A regular debriefing is held at the graduate school of Nerima National University. Umatarō Tenma and Hiroshi Ochanomizu are also present at this important meeting, which decides the budget of the laboratories. As they listen to the reports of the other laboratories, the rivalry between Umatarō and the innocent Hiroshi burns. While the two were away from lab 7, there were figures sneaking in there. One of them is Ochanomizu's sister, Ran. The other is Motoko, the younger sister of Moriya Tsutsumi, the genius of lab 1. There is another big shadow creeping in as well.
