Akebi's classroom is tasked with gathering materials for the upcoming sports festival. As such, Akebi boards a bus headed to town, where she finds Kojou already inside. As she sees Kojou absorbed in a book she is reading, Akebi decides not to bother her. When they arrive at the mall, they meet up with Kizaki and Usagihara, while Kojou apologizes to Akebi for not talking to her. They are excited to see each other without their school uniforms for the first time, and Usagihara tells them what they are supposed to buy. As Akebi has visited the mall before, she sees herself as their guide, but gets a little nervous when she sees Usagihara leading the girls around mall...
