Seiji receives his very first love letter but is worried his job as a yakuza would make him an unsuitable husband. Seiji leaves to meet the girl who turns out to be Hanako, Kaori's friend who developed a crush on Seiji after seeing his naked victory dance at the beach. Hibari catches Kösaku spying on them and drags him away for a date. Seiji later tells Kösaku he turned Hanako down because Ibari took him in as a child and if he got married he would have to leave the yakuza
