Episode Description:
Cartman gets sent to anger management after throwing a tantrum when posting boys' penis sizes are posted on the school bulletin board. Randy volunteers to teach the class about the correct way to measure penis sizes, but joins Cartman's anger management class when his methods are questioned by the Surgeon General. He, Eric, and the rest of their therapy class go on a rampage in protest of their problems and the federal government in general.
