The girls Luna and Nayade free an old magician. In gratitude, he gives them three wishes. First of all, the girls get new clothes from head to toe. But before they also waste the third wish, Phaedon intervenes. Using his authority as a councilor, he persuades Luna and Nayade to wish for him to become king of the elves. The magic soon grips the entire elves and the preparations for the coronation are in full swing.
