It's the last meeting of the year for the Student Council, since Chizuru and Kurimu are graduating the next day and Mafuyu and Minatsu will be transferring schools to the mainland. The council debates on something to pass down to future student councils. Chizuru suggests they leave the light novels (written about them) for the next council, and everyone agrees. They also clean up and shop for supplies for improving the appearance of the council room...
