Shürei returns to work as just a joukan but to make matters worse officials have proposed the idea of kicking out useless joukan in less than a month. No departments are willing to take Shürei either. Anjuu and Kouki, the head of the Section of Government Inspection, talk about the firing of the joukan, and Kouki agrees. Anjuu asks him not to bully Shurei and he said she brought it on herself.
