Angered at Washington being shot, Tucker, Sarge and Caboose defeat the remaining simulation troopers. Locus takes Washington on his ship to get him to a hospital, and advises Tucker to lead the Reds and Blues to pursue Temple. Meanwhile, Dylan consults with one of her scientist contacts, who tells her that the machine Loco built is an unnecessarily over-complicated tunneling machine that can't possibly work. Shaken by what has happened, Tucker leaves to sort himself out...
