As Velma, Shaggy and Scooby investigate, the Blake home is attacked and Barty's new car is stolen. The gang reunites to solve the mystery. Meanwhile, just after returning from Gatorsburg, the gang discovers that their office, located in the City Hall, has been set ablaze, and the arsonists are revealed to be Brad Chiles and Judy Reeves.
