She warns him he is forbidden from contacting Shoma or picking fights, and if Shoma picks a fight with him he must immediately walk away. If he disobeys she will ignore him for far longer than 72 hours. Kirishima admits he respects Shoma, with his personality he has a great future as a yakuza, something Kirishima lacks.
