At a final attempt, Bean proceeds to take a picture of himself at the traffic camera, but is then arrested by two nearby police officers. After being released from the police station, Bean allows his passport with his mugshot photo and the personnel finally accepts it, but then says his flight already departed 20 minutes ago, disgruntling him.
