The FSC tries to regain control of the captured space orbital elevator by destroying its main power source on earth with a dimensional-vibration bomb that has 'unseen effects'. By chance or providence Esign Kei fiend himself transported to another world where the commons of his reality make no sense and he instead becomes the target of curiosity's prey.
